POSITION: Flower Seed and Greenhouse Plants Sales Representatives

The Henry F. Michell Co., a 110-year leader in horticultural broker sales to the nursery and greenhouse market, has immediate openings in commission sales.  Our expansion plans require significant additions to our successful sales team. 

 Responsibilities:

• Bring our full line of greenhouse plant material and seed, including industry leading exclusives, to customers throughout the region

• Enlarge the Company’s market base in these expansion territories

• Manage the territory in support of the Company’s continuing aggressive growth objectives
   

Requirements:

• Industry experience (horticultural or related sales preferred)

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Desire for financial success
   

Compensation:

• Competitive initial compensation leading to eventual draws against above average commissions

• Full benefit package including medical, dental, long-term disability, and a 401k plan
