  1. Please download and fill out the Application Forms (Click the buttons below to download the Credit Application & the Sales Tax Exemption forms).
  2. Once the forms are complete, please email them to credit@michells.com . You may also fax the completed forms to (610) 265-1142.
  3. Once the forms have been submitted, our Credit Department will review them for approval.
  4. Once your application has been approved, you will be issued a login name and password.
  5. You're now ready to sign in, view our product availability, and place orders!

 

Take note : The credit approval process typically takes 3-5 business days, call 800-422-4678 x 126 with any questions regarding your application.
